Needle-stitched mat 48x48x6 cm

The mat can be used for acupressure on the feet, standing on the mat either barefoot or with socks.

Can be placed under the tense withers or lower back, lying down for up to half an hour, according to tolerance.

The needles relieve tension.

Mat: foamed polyethylene, Cover: cotton, 168 plastic needles.

The cover can be removed and washed with warm water.
