Training on a balance disc helps strengthen the spinal muscles, improve posture and relieve tension in the whole body after prolonged sitting (working at a computer, watching TV, sitting at a desk). Training on a disc is suitable for controlling intervertebral disc problems, such as flexibility and bulging discs. When using the exercise device, you train all muscle groups and ligaments that attach to the spine.

How to use: Stand upright on the balance disc, place your feet symmetrically close to the edge of the disc. Straighten your body, look straight ahead and try to maintain balance without touching the edges of the disc to the ground. You can perform alternating and circular movements. The disc can also be used in a sitting position if you place it on a hard chair or stool. The exercise device is suitable for all age groups and has no contraindications. It is recommended to do exercises after massage and manual therapy sessions to improve the results of treatment.

The disc is made of plywood and the convex hemispherical base is made of plastic. The surface is covered with a cork cover. There are hand holes on both sides.
